  • SCIENTIFIC EXPERT CENTER OF BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES "EXPERTIZA ZO" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is one of the first non-governmental organizations in Ukraine that began to provide expert services in the field of construction. In March 2013, we received the right to conduct an examination of project documentation, and since then we have formed a professional team of specialists with extensive experience in work of any complexity and a conscientious attitude to their work.

  • Currently, our team of specialists consists of 30 experts of all possible areas of expertise, 23 of whom work on a permanent basis.

  • The result of construction in the future, its quality and the safety of people depend on the decisions made at the design stage. We are aware of the importance of making the right decisions and obtaining honest examination results. All our specialists bear personal responsibility for the conclusions they have made.

  • On the other hand, in the process of work, we realized that all customers are very different and situations, as a rule, are not typical. Over the years, we have learned to find an individual approach to each customer and a comprehensive approach to solving their problems.

  • Since the beginning of work, we have conducted more than 25,000 examinations, opened 5 offices that cooperate with customers from all over Ukraine. Our portfolio on the public procurement portal ProZorro has a confirmed victory in more than 1300 deals.

  • Our regular customers are city and district state administrations, capital construction departments, infrastructure departments, construction and road management departments, communal services (water supply, municipal gas, regional energy and others), departments of education, health, culture, youth and sports of many settlements of Ukraine . Our frequent customers are construction companies, research institutes, higher educational institutions and manufacturing enterprises.
